We are looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to strengthen our marketing activities across Vietnam and Asia. Your mission will be to locally implement the marketing strategy defined by the global marketing team based in headquarters.

Missions

  • Coordinate with the Nor-Feed global marketing team to ensure brand consistency and strategy throughout Asian countries.
  • Plan and execute marketing activities to strengthen stakeholders’ relations and support commercial activities.
  • Organize and coordinate technical seminars, customer events, tradeshows, exhibitions, webinars, and conferences.
  • Manage and create marketing content for social media, website, newsletters, brochures, and other communication channels.
  • Coordinate PR activities with media partners and industry publications.
  • Adapt and create marketing materials, including brochures, banners, flyers, presentations, and social media visuals.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Technical teams to develop customer-focused marketing initiatives.
  • Support other marketing and communication projects as assigned.
  • Manage local marketing budget.

The profile

We are looking for

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B marketing. Experience in agriculture, animal nutrition, or life sciences is an advantage.

Languages and tools:

  • Excellent communication and writing skills in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Proficient in graphic design and use of Adobe Suite (Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads and digital communication.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
