Missions
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial development of our solutions on the French market, with a client base consisting mainly of integrators, cooperatives, and feed manufacturers (poultry, pigs). You will also have opportunities for international responsibilities depending on your profile.
Your main tasks will be:
- Maintaining and developing the existing customer portfolio (integrators, cooperatives, veterinary networks, feed manufacturers),
- Identifying and converting new business opportunities, highlighting the added value and benefits of our specialties for livestock farming,
- Providing technical and commercial support, in collaboration with internal teams (marketing, technical support, R&D),
- Participating in trade shows, technical days, etc.
The profile we are
Looking for
- Higher education in agriculture/agronomy/veterinary medicine, with an aptitude for business,
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in selling solutions or services related to animal nutrition/health,
- In-depth knowledge of monogastric farming systems (poultry, pigs) and the challenges faced by animal nutrition professionals,
- Fluent English (written and spoken), any other language is a plus,
- Excellent interpersonal skills, results-oriented and ability to work in an international environment. Team spirit, adaptability, and flexibility are therefore expected, as is the ability to organize your work and prioritize your actions.
- National and international mobility as required.
