Missions
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for launching and growing Nor-Feed’s business presence in Brazil. You will develop the market from the ground up, establishing and expanding a network of regional clients across the animal nutrition sector, primarily swine and poultry.
Your main responsibilities will include :
Developing the market from scratch, building and managing a network of clients (distributors, premixers, feed producers, integrators) across Brazil, and later on surrounding countries
Promoting our botanicals solutions from both technical and commercial perspectives
Market and Competitive Intelligence : Monitoring market trends and customer needs in Brazil to adapt Nor-Feed’s commercial offers and strategies.
Participation in Industry Events : Representing Nor-Feed at trade shows, conferences, and other events to increase brand awareness and build business relationships.
Negotiation and Contract Conclusion : Leading negotiations, closing deals, and ensuring the profitability of projects.
Coordinating with internal Nor-Feed teams (sales administration, marketing…) and building up a small team when business will justify.
The profile
We are looking for
Education & Experience:
- University degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Agronomy, or Life Sciences
- 10 years of experience in the animal nutrition or feed additives industry, in business positions
- Solid knowledge of the Brazilian market and its regional dynamics
- Technical knowledge: highly skilled in animal nutrition, experience in selling high value solutions is a plus
Languages:
- Native Portuguese
- Fluent English (spoken and written), Spanish is a plus
Skills:
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and ability to develop a market from scratch
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills ü Proactive, self-driven, and goal-oriented
- Interest in sustainable, plant-based solutions
- People management experience is a plus
- Good command of CRM tools and MS Office
